Phase One is the first completed building within the Sunrise Square development, a purpose-built, two-storey waterfront commercial structure.

This phase introduces multiple flexible commercial suites designed for professional offices, service-based businesses, and boutique commercial uses. Positioned along the waterfront with dedicated access and efficient on-site circulation, the building establishes the commercial anchor of the development and sets the architectural and construction standard for subsequent phases.

As the initial phase of construction, Phase One defines the scale, quality, and design language that will carry through the remaining buildings at Sunrise Square.
